Prayer Pointers – 3 December 2021

“Oh give thanks to the Lord; call upon his name; make known his deeds among the peoples!” Psalm 105:1 – ESV

We have much to thank our good Lord for! We thank Him for His gift of enablement.  He has opened the way for those whom He called to fulfill His purpose even when travelling seemed impossible during the current strict global border controls.

Praise God for His protection for the safe arrivals of four student families and one faculty family at EAST.  Their coming has enriched our community as well as allowing them to experience the multicultural lifestyles in Singapore.

Pray for :-

• God’s continual protection and provision for the international families during their equipping and teaching time in Singapore.
• Other International students who have received permission to enter Singapore will be able to make their way here safely and not be affected by the new variant Omicron.

Prayer Pointers -25 November 2021

“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is fullness of joy;
at your right hand are pleasures forevermore”. Psalms 16:11 – ESV

Our Abba father, the creator and author of our life, plans and directs our journey on earth to fulfil His purpose in us. No matter where we are or what comes our way, His presence in us brings joy to our hearts, in following Him.

Praise God that, we His beloved children can always enjoy His abiding presence in us.  He directs and protects us in fulfilling His purposes in our lives even as we navigate through the covid pandemics.

Pray for :-

• God’s anointing to pour forth on us to discern and fulfil the plans he has for us, in fulling His kingdom’s purposes, and to soar through the storm of life and the pandemic.

• Empowerment from the Lord, to enable us to minister creatively and effectively through online and in person to bless others.

Prayer Pointers – 18 November 2021

^“And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus”, Philippians 4:19 -ESV

Our Abba father who owns the cattle on a thousand hills (Psalms 50:10), will not forsake us nor leave us in poverty. He refreshes us spiritually, keeps us from harm’s way, grants us good health and provides for our needs.

PRAYER POINTERS – 18 November 2021

Praise God That we have a heavenly father who loves and provides for us unconditionally, granting us the best, empowering us to glorify Him in all circumstances.

Pray for:

–    The reality of His love to bring His peace, hope and comfort to all, especially those in countries having conflicts and challenges.

–      All to receive His abiding love and richness with a grateful heart and be good stewards of all resources bestowed on them, to glorify Him.

Prayer Pointers – 11 November 2021

Let those who delight in my righteousness shout for joy and be glad and say evermore, “Great is the Lord, who delights in the welfare of his servant!” Psalms 35:27 -ESV

In our current topsy turvy situations caused by covid, we are blessed to have our heavenly father who watches over our welfare as we delight in Him in all that we are and all that we do.

PRAYER POINTERS – 11 November 2021

Praise God That Jesus, the righteous entered our life, at the point of our salvation.  He is abiding in us, empowering us to overcome sin and fear.

Pray for:

–       His righteous to shine through our life, that in these turbulent times, we can do the right thing with the right attitude.

–      All to have confidence in Him amidst our struggles, for He knows where we are and has the best way forward for us.
