Biography

Josephine (Jo) has been a full time staff with Cru Singapore since 1995. For 13 years, she
served in a local university, Campus Leadership Team and Great Commission Training
Center (GCTC) before she joined EAST to serve in PIM (2008-2011). She had taught English
to international women at EAST and Asbury Theological Seminary. As a certified MBTI
coach, she enjoys helping students at EAST to grow in self-awareness and coaches them in
their personal development.

Jo is excited about the spiritual formation of women and families. Together with his husband,
Benson, they have served as educators in the Christian Parenting Courses in Covenant
Evangelical Free Church and mentors to couples in church. Jo has taught in EAST and her
extension center in East Asia. She is passionate about the spiritual formation and character
development of students at EAST.

Benson and Jo have three children: Samuel (went home with Jesus), Joylynn and Benedict.
