Biography

Victor has always been keen to study and teach the Bible. The seed was first planted more than 30 years ago when he attended an evening course on Old Testament Survey in Singapore Bible College. Victor discovered his inadequacy in teaching some eight years ago when he taught the book of Ephesians to a group of pastors in East Asia using only a few small group leader’s discussion guides on Ephesians. Victor then went on to do full time seminary studies to better equip himself for the call to teach.

Prior to that, Victor had been working first as an engineer, and then as a business development director in the largest telecommunication company in Singapore for thirty years. He has experience in merger and acquisition, partnership formation and management, and project leadership and management for the first pan-global data communication network for his company. His job has led him to be relocated to Sweden and Hong Kong for more than six years.

Victor is committed to keep studying the Word of God, apply it, and to teach others to do likewise so as to fulfill the Great Commission. He is married to Jackie and they have three children in their twenties: Joanne, Benjamin, and Dominic.
