Benson & Josephine Goh – Both Benson and Josephine started serving at EAST in 2008, where Benson was the Operations Director and Josephine was the Partners-in-Ministry (PIM) Coordinator. Then, the PIM ladies implemented a Monday schedule for the PIM wives where the husbands stayed home to look after the children while the wives took time off to equip themselves once a week. This couple left for Kentucky, USA, to further equip themselves at Asbury Theological Seminary from 2011-2017 where Benson obtained his PhD and Josephine obtained a double Masters. Upon returning to EAST, Benson has been the Associate Dean of Academics where he oversees the Library and Academic Field Committee, and Josephine oversees the Office of Mentoring. Benson also teaches Greek, Biblical Studies and New Testament courses at EAST. Both of them complement each other and are a dynamic duo at EAST.

Nelson & Sophie Lo – Nelson and Sophie have been serving at EAST since 2013 where Nelson served as Dean of Administration overseeing Operations, Leadership Development & Human Resource (LDHR), and Finance from 2013 to 2022, and Sophie has been a Partners-in Ministry Faculty, involved in Human Resource (5 years), and joined the Office of Mentoring (2020) where she led Mentoring Groups with ladies from East Asia, India, Mongolia & Singapore. Currently, Nelson is part of EAST IMPACT Team. IMPACT stands for Integrated Mentoring Process with Applied Competency for Transformation (a form of Competency Based Theological Education). He has also taught Cross Cultural Team Internship course and Transforming Leadership course as a Resident Faculty, besides being the Academic Field Committee Coordinator. They are both invaluable key team players at EAST.

Woon Lee Tzu – Lee Tzu is a vital member of the EAST leadership team while also being the Executive Assistant to EAST President, Rev Dr Chan Chong Hiok. She has also been a coordinator of the English for Seminarians program and personally coaches many EAST international students in English. She disciples and mentors ladies from Cambodia EAST Extension Center and Partners-in-Ministry program. Lee Tzu’s contribution to EAST for the past decade is significant through her faithful labour.

Cynthia Tan – Cynthia joined EAST in 2018 and was a liaison between EAST and the students for the Doctor in Ministry program that was coordinated by Dr Lau Ying Kheng and Dr Jeannette Schubert. Currently, she is part of the EAST Extension Team headed by Rev Liong Kwok Wai and she has been coordinating the administrative tasks related to the centres in India and East Asia. Cynthia has a bubbly nature but also a studious side to her. She is currently pursuing her ThM and has co-taught Hebrew & Old Testament Narratives classes at EAST. She is an up and coming “faculty to be” at EAST.

Chris Wong –  Chris was invited to join EAST by his fellow church member Raymond Lim in 2018 when EAST was at the Dorset Road campus. He was instrumental in helping out with the two moves which EAST was involved in, from Dorset Road to Middle Road, and from Middle Road to Joo Chiat Road. He is part of the operations and admin team at EAST and till today, Chris helps out with making sure that the facilities at EAST are well taken care of. He has a rich personal ministry and is very mission minded. EAST is grateful for Chris’ behind the scenes’ service for the past five years.

Raymundo & Lut Go – Raymundo & Lut arrived from the Philippines to Singapore in 2018, heeding God’s call upon their lives. Raymund is a resident faculty who specialises in Theology and Lut is involved with both Partners-in-Ministry Program and the Office of Mentoring. Both of them worship at Glory Presbyterian Church. As part of EAST initiative to reach out to the community, they helped initiate the “Migrant Workers Health Screening” project in partnership with Charis Methodist Church, Boscombe Life Church, and Singapore Accident Health Center for two cycles. Health screenings were done at EAST premises. Both of them truly display a missionary spirit and love for the lost.
