Global Youth Movement 2021 – GKPN
Global Youth Movement 2021 – Global Kingdom Partnership Network (GKPN)
The Global Kingdom Partnership Network – GKPN unites today’s great Christian churches with the goal of reaching the world with the message of God’s love in Jesus.
Youth pastors from these churches came together and created a movement called the Global Youth Movement (GYM) whose mission is to challenge, inspire and connect Christian youth leaders to together reach the world in this generation.
Each continent prepares an event to inspire youth annually and every three years we have the global version of this event. In 2018, GYM had the first version in Guatemala with more than 15,000 young people participating from around the world.
In 2021, the second GYM is on Saturday, 22 May, 2.00 pm – 5.30 pm everywhere! Register for the free and online event at GYM 2021 World.
So far, about 560,000 young people had registered from 40 nations. The theme is on holiness, discipleship and missions.
Rev Edmund Chan has these words of encouragement to the church leaders in Singapore:
There’s presently no representation at all from SINGAPORE. Would you consider having some of your youth leaders or young people register for this global initiative to impact the next generation for Christ? Thanks for your kind consideration.
The speakers for the 2021 global event are:
Pr. Edmund Chan, Covenant Evangelical Free Church (Singapore)
Pr. Joakim Lundqvist, Word of Life Church (Uppsala, Sweden)
Pr. Paulo Mazoni, Central Baptist Church (Bello Horizonte, Brazil)
Pr. Robert Morris, Gateway Church Multicampus (Dallas, Texas, USA)
Pr. Julius Rwotlonyo, Watoto Church (Kampala, Uganda)
Pr. Sergio Hornung, Água Viva (Lima, Peru)
The three plenary sessions reflect the tri-fold theme of Holiness, Discipleship, and Missions. Bethel Music (California, USA), Gateway Worship (Texas, USA), and Watoto Worship (Kampala, Uganda) will lead worship for each of the sessions.
