Church, Society and Ethical Issues (Day Course)
IS560/TS561 Church, Society and Ethical Issues (3 credits)
Thursdays, 9.00 am-12.30 pm
While many Christians have personal opinions about various ethical issues, often they have not deliberately taken the time to consider biblical and contextual implications of those issues. This course addresses common issues Christians in Asia must consider as they seek to live as “salt and light” in the world.
Lewis Winkler, PhD, joined Cru in 1987 and has taught at EAST since 2006 after he graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary He travels regularly to teach and speak in formal and non-formal educational contexts.
Raymond Go, PhD, has served in both the Church Resource Ministry and the Chinese Ministry of Philippine Campus Crusade for Christ. From 1997 to 2018, he served as faculty at the International School of Theology-Asia (now the International Graduate School of Leadership).
